Job summary

Freedom Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant for a project-based role in Singapore. This hands-on individual contributor position requires deep functional expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll.

You will support end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations, configure payroll processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate payroll requirements into SAP solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance. Experience with Singapore payroll environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP Payroll (PY) experience.
• Knowledge of PA, OM and Time Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM is desirable.
• Experience supporting Singapore payroll environments preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
