Job summary

Freedom Consulting Inc. in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with 8-12+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience focused on Singapore Payroll. You will lead Singapore localization efforts, configure payroll schemas, support year-end activities and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, IR8A/IR21.

The role covers end-to-end payroll processing, testing, reconciliation and reporting, with strong collaboration across HR, Finance and IT to maintain accurate payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years SAP HCM experience with strong Singapore Payroll exposure.
• Hands-on experience with Singapore localization (CPF, IRAS, IR8A/IR21).
• Proven ability in payroll configuration, testing, and year-end activities.
• Experience with PA/OM integration and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll processes with focus on Singapore Payroll.
• Configure and support Singapore payroll processes, including CPF, IRAS and statutory deductions.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, payroll simulation, validation and reconciliation.
• Support payroll year-end activities and statutory reporting, including IR8A/IR8S/IR21 submissions.
