Job summary

Corporate Services Internship / Industry Placement

LOCATION

Main purpose of the Job

Financial Data Entry: Assist in the preparation and entry of financial data into accounting software. Ensure the accuracy of financial records and update financial reports as needed.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support the processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Assist in monitoring and managing outstanding payments and collections.

Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the analysis of financial statements, identifying trends and variances.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Participate in the analysis of budget vs. actual performance.

Expense Management: Support the tracking and analysis of departmental expenses. Assist in the preparation of expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Invoicing: Generate client invoices according to contractual terms, reconcile client payments.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned by the finance team. Provide support in various administrative tasks and financial analysis.
