Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial data entry into accounting software
• Support AP/AR processes: invoices, payments, reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist budgeting and forecasting activities
• Track and analyze departmental expenses
• Generate client invoices and reconcile payments
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and financial analysis
