Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries from website, WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Qualify leads based on business needs and campaign data.
• Schedule product demos with Merchant Acquisition for qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on KPIs.
