Job summary

Tencent is seeking an HR Compliance Associate for its Asia Pacific operations, with a primary focus on Singapore. You will ensure local employment practices meet legislation and internal standards, while supporting HR governance and employee relations across a multi-country region.

You will work with HR partners and Legal to translate regulatory changes into practical processes, and contribute to the policy repository and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, law, psychology or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Ops, employee relations or employment compliance.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and fair employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements, focusing on Singapore.
• Assist employee relations casework with senior HR/Legal guidance, ensuring confidentiality and consistency.
• Serve as point of contact for employee relations and compliance enquiries; facilitate resolution with stakeholders.
