Job summary

Yindii Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive growth across consumer and partner channels. You will shape local content, manage influencer campaigns, and lead merchant co-marketing initiatives while collaborating with the Regional CMO.

In this hands-on role, you will own on-ground storytelling, organize activations, and build a vibrant local community. A 4+ year marketing track record in startups or tech is preferred, with fluency in English and a passion for sustainability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on, 360-degree marketing experience across B2C, B2B, PR, content creation, or partnerships in Singapore.
• Native or fluent English; Mandarin or Malay a plus for engaging local partners.
• On-camera presence for TikTok, Reels, media interviews, and public speaking.
• Ability to execute campaigns end-to-end with data-driven optimization.
• Commercial mindset linking creative marketing to user growth and brand equity.
• Genuine passion for sustainability and circular economy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador across local press, events, podcasts, and social media.
• Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Visit partner stores to produce merchant features and stories.
• Craft localized messaging in English for Singapore's diverse F&B landscape.
• Identify and manage local creators and influencer collaborations end-to-end.
• Organize pop-ups, partnerships, and campaigns to drive app downloads and engagement.
• Develop co-marketing with merchants and manage in-store promotions.
• Track CAC, app downloads, and conversions; optimize based on local data.
