Job summary

VIVAIA Singapore is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Singapore business and accelerate sustainable growth. This hands-on role carries full responsibility for sales growth, profitability, retail operations, merchandising, marketing, customer experience and business development.

The successful candidate will not only manage the existing business but also identify drivers of performance, implement actions, and drive modern retail strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands
• Proven multi-store retail operations management
• Experience managing P&L and business performance
• Strong merchandising, marketing and retail operations knowledge
• Track record of growing sales and profitability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding of Singapore’s retail and consumer market
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Overall business and P&L management for Singapore.
• Lead sales growth, profitability and performance.
• Develop annual and monthly sales, profit and growth plans.
• Monitor sales, gross margin, expenses, inventory and store profitability.
• Identify opportunities and risks; implement corrective actions.
• Present business reviews and growth plans to regional/global management.
• Manage marketing, merchandising, and product strategy for Singapore.
• Build partnerships and explore new store, pop-up and channel opportunities.
