Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent certification; 8+ years retail experience in lieu of a diploma.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of retail financials, labor planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver store sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
• Develop and execute local business strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead store performance analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive KPIs: conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer retention.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and store compliance to maximize profitability.
• Lead seasonal launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
