Job summary

Firstplus is seeking a data maintenance analyst to support fund accounting activities within the Geneva Fund Accounting System, handling investor subscriptions and redemptions, and ensuring accurate transaction uploads.

You will maintain daily reports such as Trial Balance, Position Listing, Cash Statement, and Shadow Daily NAV, using reconciliation tools, and liaise with external stakeholders on FPAM requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Data Maintenance within Geneva Fund Accounting System:
  • Investor subscriptions and redemptions
  • Maintaining and Uploading of Accounting Transactions
  • Maintaining of daily reports of Trial Balance, Position Listing, Cash Statementand Shadow Daily NAV using Reconciliation tools.
  • Data maintenance and tracking of all funds within group level.e.Reconcile any workflow manager and data feed
• Review NAV reports and Shareholder register reports issued by the fund administrators
• Support the funds’ audit and MAS annual declaration.
• Data maintenance of all fund related activities.
• Liase with external stakeholders on FPAM requirements for system built.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Fund Management Activities.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Degree holder (Finance/Accounting/Business).
