in Singapore is seeking a Fund Accountant and Trade Settlement Analyst to support day-to-day fund accounting, trade settlement, and reconciliation activities within a multi-jurisdictional fund structure. We collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Investment teams and external service providers to ensure NAV oversight, regulatory reporting, and accurate cash management, while assisting with process improvements and new fund launches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in fund accounting, trade settlement, fund administration, or financial services.
• Fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn, proactive and positive growth mindset are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, cash management, corporate actions, pricing, and NAV oversight
• Save and maintain statements, trade confirmations, and supporting documentation for reconciliations and completeness of records
• Create and maintain trade files and related transaction records
• Assist in monitoring operational risk, incident tracking, and control testing
• Prepare management reports, operational dashboards, and regulatory submissions
• Support fund administrator, custodian, and service provider oversight
• Assist with documentation management, audit requests, and record keeping
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, and Investment teams on business initiatives
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives
• Involved in ad-hoc projects for automation
• Assist with new fund launches and related onboarding
• Complete account opening forms and related documentation for new fund set-up
• Perform other general administrative tasks, including posting letters and running errands

About the Role

GenInnov is expanding its Finance & Operations function to support continued growth in assets undermanagement across its multi-jurisdictional fund structure (Singapore VCC, Cayman master fund, Delaware LP feeder, and GIFT City feeder). We are seeking a Fund Accountant and Trade Settlement Analyst to support day-to-day fund accounting, trade settlement, and reconciliation activities.

Job Description

Provide day-to-day operational support across fund accounting and trade settlement, including NAV oversight, reconciliations, cash management, corporate actions, and regulatory reporting. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Investment) and external service providers (fund administrators, custodians) to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
