Job summary

Waterstone Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Fund Accounting professional to prepare and review portfolio valuations, income accruals, and P&Ls for funds. The role involves reconciling corporate actions and ensuring accurate fund reports for clients.

You will handle fund subscriptions and redemptions, respond to client enquiries, and collaborate with Fund Managers to ensure timely, compliant accounting practices in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an Accounting Degree, with good knowledge in Business Accounting, Audit, Tax.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Fund Administration experience, work closely with Fund Managers and have strong knowledge of Fund Management accounting.
• Knowledgeable and keen interest in financial markets developments with good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements for fund accounting reporting.
• Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating accounting statements such as Portfolio Valuations, Income Accruals, P&Ls of Funds.
• Reconcile corporate action entitlements such as Income, interest, Dividends, rights, bonus, and account for accounting reports for the Funds/clients.
• Handle all enquiries pertaining to Fund Accounting for the Clients.
• Liaise with Fund Managers and Portfolio Managers to ensure management fees or expenses are provided to the Fund Administration team on a timely basis for accurate fund reports.
• Handle and keep records on Fund Subscriptions and redemptions.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Fund Administration, work very closely with Fund Managers and have very good knowledge of Fund Management accounting,
• Knowledgeable and keen interest in the financial markets developments with good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements for fund accounting reporting
• Self driven, self motivated, proactive and meticulous individual.
