Job summary

Manulife Financial's Singapore Equities Investment Team seeks an equities research analyst focused on the Singapore market. You will analyze stocks and sectors, build earnings models, and contribute to investment decisions through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

You will conduct detailed sector and company research, perform visits, and prepare research reports within the investment framework to generate alpha and support portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in equities research (Singapore market preferred).
• Experience using Python for financial analysis or research workflows is a plus.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and financial modeling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Actively initiate research on the Singapore market with sector and company analysis.
• Plan and conduct visits in assigned markets and produce detailed research reports.
• Provide stock ideas with investment theses and valuation to the team.
