About the Role

CBRE is looking for a confident, hands-on, and independent Engineering Lead to oversee engineering operations for a leading technology client in Singapore. This is a highly client-facing role suited for someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to lead with confidence in a dynamic environment. You will be trusted to manage daily engineering operations, build strong partnerships with the client, and drive operational excellence across the site. You will lead the engineering team, manage vendors and contractors, and ensure all building systems and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
