Job summary

Noah Holdings Limited in Singapore is seeking a hands-on brokerage dealing lead to drive the launch of core trading capabilities, focusing on equities and related products, while ensuring a stable, efficient and client-centric trading process.

You will own the front-office end-to-end journey from onboarding and funding to trading and client servicing, working with product, technology, compliance and operations to localise workflows and promote the firm’s brokerage offerings including derivatives

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Singapore brokerage dealing or trading support.
Strong understanding of equity workflows and client needs.
MAS-regulated brokerage knowledge and controls.
Experience in platform launches or feature enhancements.
Ability to translate business needs into product and process outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the build-out of the dealing function in Singapore and launch core trading capabilities.
Own the front-office end-to-end journey from onboarding to trading and servicing.
Collaborate with product, technology, compliance, operations and client service teams.
Establish robust dealing support, order handling and incident escalation processes.
Engage with stakeholders for marketing and client acquisition.
Promote brokerage products across equities, derivatives and funds.
Participate in client meetings and industry events to deepen relationships.
