Job summary

Superist in Singapore seeks an experienced Country Head & Lead Broker to launch, build and lead the Singapore finance business. You’ll own client relationships, structure deals, and build lender networks with equity on offer.

You’ll recruit and lead brokers, leverage a strong marketing and capital base, and scale the operation from the ground up with support from a well-funded backer.

Qualifications

• Experienced Singapore finance broker, banker or lending professional with strong local market knowledge and relationships.
• Experience across residential mortgages, commercial property, business finance, development finance and/or private lending.
• Commercial, ambitious, great with clients and know how to get deals done.
• Desire ownership and equity in the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead Singapore operations, speak with clients, structure deals, build lender relationships.
• Recruit and lead brokers, expand lender network, grow the Singapore operation.
• Scale the business and build a substantial finance operation from the ground up.
