Job summary

Space Executive is recruiting for a Legal Counsel, Technology (3 to 5 PQE) based in Singapore to support the APAC commercial activities of a US‑headquartered technology solutions group.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of technology and commercial agreements, advise on risk and commercial implications, and collaborate with sales, finance, operations and logistics teams across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and review of commercial contracts.
• Experience in technology, IT, cloud, software or tech services sectors preferred.
• Singapore legal qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including customer, vendor, SOWs, licensing, NDAs.
• Lead contract negotiations with enterprise customers, technology partners, vendors and third parties.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual and commercial risk including liability, indemnities, IP, warranties, SLAs, data protection, confidentiality and termination provisions.
• Support the company’s technology, cloud, infrastructure and managed services businesses across APAC.
• Work with Sales to facilitate transactions while appropriately managing legal risk.
• Provide legal support on cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise on data privacy, regulatory compliance, import/export matters and other corporate/commercial matters.
• Support global legal initiatives and collaborate with the wider international legal team.
