Job summary

Sycomp is seeking an International Commercial Counsel in Singapore to lead cross-border contract work for a fast-growing technology services provider. You will structure, draft, and negotiate MSAs, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts to protect interests while accelerating sales and deployment across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years of experience, familiarity with GDPR/hipaa, and a willingness to operate in a hybrid Singapore setting.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of commercial contract experience in an attorney capacity.
• Experience in hardware, software, or IT services industry.
• Mandarin language proficiency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate high-volume commercial agreements including MSAs, licensing, and vendor contracts.
• Navigate global privacy laws and export/import regulations.
• Translate complex legal concepts into actionable business insights for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Finance and Logistics to align legal strategy with business goals.
