Job summary

ABEO Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a Legal Counsel based in Singapore to support a commodities trading business across the US, Indonesia and Australia. The role focuses on transactional support including sales contracts, project documents, NDAs and structured financing with coal/fertilizer experience preferred.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years PQE in commodities law and must be admitted to practice in the US, Singapore, UK or a commonwealth jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• 5 years + PQE with a solid background in commodities
• Must be admitted to practice law in the US, SG, UK or a commonwealth jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support for a commodities trading business, including sales contracts and project documents
• Draft and negotiate NDAs and structured financing documents
• Support across core markets (US, Indonesia, Australia)
