Job summary

nat and nat search pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support its global trading, investment and business operations in commodities and energy.

The role focuses on advising on international trade contracts, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will coordinate external counsel, handle export controls and antitrust matters, and work in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience gained with an established law firm and/or large corporation.
• Qualified in Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, the US or another common law jurisdiction.
• Strong experience in international trade, cross-border transactions or disputes.
• Commodities and/or energy sector experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese to work with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment and travelling when required.
