Job summary

ABEO Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a Legal Counsel based in Singapore to support a commodities trading business across the US, Indonesia and Australia. The role focuses on transactional support including sales contracts, project documents, NDAs and structured financing with coal/fertilizer experience preferred.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years PQE in commodities law and must be admitted to practice in the US, Singapore, UK or a commonwealth jurisdiction.

• Provide transactional support for a commodities trading business, including sales contracts and project documents

Job description

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore supporting their commodities trading business across its core markets in the US, Indonesia and Australia with a strong background in commodities trading (providing transactional support to include sales contracts, project documents, NDA's, structured financing), ideally with coal / fertilizer product experience.

• Must be admitted to practice law in the either the US, SG, UK or a commonwealth jurisdiction
