Job summary

ClickHouse is expanding its Support Services team and seeks a Senior Consulting Engineer to deliver Consultative Support to enterprise customers worldwide. The role blends hands-on engineering, development assistance, and high-tier support across Consultative Support, Engineering, and Support groups.

You will work with strategic customers, provide guidance, case answers, and technical oversight, while assisting with L1–L3 support cases when not on larger projects. Travel up to 35% onsite.

Qualifications

5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management.
5+ years implementing, operating or supporting scalable, distributed DBMS.
Strong knowledge of DBMS, OLAP, cloud platforms, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes and big data.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior member on customer projects, focusing on design, architecture, integration, migration, and documentation.
Provide consultative support for strategic users, onboarding, on‑premises deployments, and POCs.
Handle L1–L3 support cases when not on projects; collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmaps.
