Job summary

Aperio Technology (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for clients. You will configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and monitor performance to protect data and systems from cyber threats.

The role requires 3–5+ years in network/security, relevant bachelor’s degree, and industry certifications. On-site work in Singapore with opportunities to collaborate across sectors including hospitality, manufacturing, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in network and security roles.
• Industry-recognized certifications are preferred (various cybersecurity, Azure, Cisco, Dynamics 365, CM certifications).
• Experience managing customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Level 1 & 2 Support
• Provide on-site technical support to clients
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with various devices and systems
• Coordinate with the customer's internal IT team for escalations and project support
• Ensure minimal downtime and prompt resolution of IT-related incidents
