Job summary

The role, based in Singapore, services the accredited and institutional investors of CG Polaris, an open-end fund managed by Chicago Global Capital. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and hold MAS representation duties under the Representative Notification Framework.

Responsibilities include client servicing, performance updates, onboarding, and coordinating with custodians, brokers, and administrators on operational matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years in financial services, including at least 2 years in a client-facing role.
• Experience in business development, investor relations, or client coverage with a track record of growing client revenue or assets.
• Experience with client onboarding and account opening; familiarity with KYC/AML requirements.
• CMFAS qualifications or eligibility to be MAS representative and meet fit criteria.
• Knowledge of fund operations and post-trade lifecycle; FX and income experience.
• Prior work in an investment bank, asset manager, or global custodian is preferred.
• Preferred: experience with institutional or accredited investors in CG Polaris target markets.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing clients of CG Polaris and providing regular fund updates.
• Maintaining positive client relationships to promote further investments.
• Conducting business development to bring in prospective investors.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure KYC/AML compliance with custodians and brokers.
• Trade execution related to portfolio adjustments.
• Launch new funds and strategies to widen CG Polaris’ reach.
