Dalio Family Office (DFO) seeks an experienced executive assistant for the Singapore Investment Pillar. The role manages complex calendars, travel, and expenses while coordinating broader business needs and investment-team tools.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting senior executives in investment/financial services or similar high-trust environments.
High-trust executive support experience with discretion and sound judgment.
Strong calendar, travel, expense, and meeting-management capabilities with excellent organisation.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for the Singapore Investment Pillar across time zones.
Coordinate travel arrangements and reconcile expense reports accurately.
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Singapore investment team and office initiatives.
Plan and execute investment meetings, summits, and other business events.
