Job summary

CBRE Data Center Solutions is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Singapore to lead divisional strategies for value, quality, and risk management across data centre projects and ICT categories.

You will educate, influence, and advise stakeholders while delivering cost reductions, supplier development, and CBRE’s procurement capability at scale. This role involves travel and collaboration with a regional platform team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of sourcing/procurement/supply chain experience in APAC.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in data centres or critical environments.
• Operational experience in managing diverse organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of savings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement divisional procurement strategies aligned with financial objectives.
• Deliver targeted savings and performance improvements across the supply chain.
• Ensure adherence to CBRE procurement policies and procedures.
• Optimize resources to meet business objectives and drive performance.
• Build relationships with key customers to demonstrate CBRE value and win new business.
• Develop networks with stakeholders to promote procurement as a key contributor.
• Identify new markets and suppliers to support CBRE growth.
• Implement learning to embed good procurement practices division-wide.
• Establish contracts with preferred suppliers delivering best value.
• Maintain high-level relationships with supplier organisations.
• Ensure supply chain safety, sustainability, and risk management.
