Ailytics is seeking a Technical Product Manager to sit between customers, business stakeholders and engineering, working with the CTO daily to set and drive product direction for AI-powered solutions. You will translate real customer needs into scalable features, manage the roadmap, and collaborate with sales, operations and customer success.

Candidates need an engineering background, knowledge of Python, and strong CS fundamentals to reason about feasibility and model limitations.

Competenze

• Engineering background in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• Able to read code, query data, and prototype ideas in Python.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures and algorithms.
• Understand AI/ML in practice, discuss accuracy and limitations.
• 3+ years in product management.
• Experience across full product lifecycle.
• Strong communication across technical and business audiences.
• Independent with ownership across in-person and remote teams.
• Flexible with changing responsibilities.
