Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco and seeks a product professional to manage SIM and eSIM offerings. You will translate business needs into tech requirements, coordinate delivery across product, IT, networks and external partners, and ensure successful launches.

With 3-5 years of relevant experience and a background in information systems or engineering, you will drive clear requirements, test readiness, and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience and a related degree.
• Strong structured thinking with the ability to define clear requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Interest in exploring and learning new technologies.
• Project experience in mobile products and networks.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Figma.
• Basic understanding of APIs and system concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define SIM and eSIM product changes.
• Coordinate product development and launches across product, IT, Networks, UX, testing, operations and external suppliers.
• Manage technology suppliers, eSIM platforms and system integrations.
