Job summary

ACCELIGHT TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a PIC Design & Process Engineer to drive physical implementation and manufacturability of silicon photonic ICs. You will translate device and circuit requirements into robust layouts and tape-out data while interfacing with external foundries on PDK integration and process optimization.

The role bridges PIC design and semiconductor manufacturing, enabling scalable production of silicon photonics in a fast-growing AI and data centre ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Photonics, Optoelectronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Implement silicon photonic ICs from device requirements through PIC layout and tape-out.
• Verify design rules and ensure manufacturability with foundries.
• Collaborate with wafer foundries on PDK integration and process optimization.
• Improve design-for-manufacturability and robustness based on fabrication feedback.
