Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced SIC Engineer to optimize fab performance, coordinate NPIs, and drive data-led improvements across production lines.

You will work with engineering and operations to plan and execute strategic initiatives that boost efficiency and quality. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advanced analytics, and applying AI-enabled insights to manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors with 5+ years in Semiconductor Operations/Manufacturing, or Masters with 2+ years.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, project management, supply chain, or related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing science, scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production metrics.
• Coordinate New Part Introductions (NPI) with engineering and operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track fab performance.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Plan and track WIP, cycle times, and priorities with engineering teams.
• Communicate fab performance metrics to stakeholders and customers.
• Research and implement AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality.
