Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced FECOS Inventory Control – NPI to oversee NPI production operations, ensuring wafer starts, outputs, samples, and cycle times meet commitments.
You will collaborate with Front End Planning, Manufacturing, and global teams to deliver tactical solutions and drive continuous improvement in NPI metrics. The role focuses on building a capable global team, deploying automation, and maintaining alignment between business commitments and fab execution, with
Competenze
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
- 7+ years in semiconductor, NPI, cycle time and line management.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking and cross‑functional collaboration.
Mansioni
- Drive metrics and align FE Production on reports for Line Management and Inventory.
- Improve fab metrics and automate reporting; partner with sites.
- Lead NPI line management and inventory scheduling.
- Coordinate with area/shift Production, Engineering, and IE to improve NPI metrics.
- Lead proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of BKMs and automation.
- Mentor and develop engineers; promote capability building.
- Translate analysis into business impact and influence senior leadership.
- AI Responsibilities: integrate AI tools into daily work to improve efficiency.
