Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Product Engineering Industrial Engineer to drive end-to-end decision support across engineering, manufacturing, planning and supply chain.

You will optimize product execution, inventory health, governance, and business performance while applying analytics, automation, AI and agentic workflows to improve decision quality and speed. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable successful delivery of next‑generation semiconductor technologies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, analytics, or related functions.
• Experience supporting NPI, product lifecycle management, manufacturing operations, inventory management, or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle Execution across multiple functions.
• Drive operations readiness, schedule commitments and ramp strategies.
• Identify execution risks early and implement recovery plans.
• Enable transitions from development to manufacturing via operational readiness planning.
• Influence cross-functional decisions balancing commitments and constraints.
• Optimize inventory health across engineering and manufacturing networks.
• Improve cost and operational efficiency through data-driven initiatives.
• Support advanced engineering programs and scalable execution for new platforms.
• Lead cross-functional programs and change initiatives across organizations.
