Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. seeks a SIC Engineer to coordinate, analyze, and optimize performance of new parts in the fab. You will drive data-driven improvements to WIP, cycle time, and capacity, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver top-quality results.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial/manufacturing engineering, statistics, and experience with SQL/Tableau/AI tools to visualize and enhance production metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master in Industrial System/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years (or 2 years with a Master) in Semiconductor Operations/Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes: capacity planning, automation, scheduling, efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to improve production metrics and plan for future product introductions.
• Coordinate New Part Introduction (NPI) between teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports to convey fab performance and KPIs.
• Analyze data to optimize WIP, cycle time and priority allocations.
• Integrate AI-enabled insights to improve efficiency and predict issues.
