Job summary

OUE Restaurants Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused service professional to support daily F&B operations in our Singapore restaurant. You will greet guests, execute service standards, manage POS billing, and help maintain hygiene and compliance across the team.

Responsibilities include stock-taking, procurement processes, liaising with departments, and assisting the manager with overall restaurant operations. This role requires adaptability to ad-hoc tasks and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Perform F&B service operations in accordance with the restaurant's service standards.
• Always observe all hygiene standards during operations.
• Attend to Guests’ needs by interacting with guests and responding appropriately.
• Liaise and work closely with various colleagues and departments to meet business needs.
• Generate bill using the Point-Of-Sale system and ensure accurate billing.
• Learn and perform F&B stock-taking and procurement process.
• Observe and understand the various F&B job roles such as bar, kitchen and service operations.
• Assist the Manager in the overall operations of the restaurant.
• Observe and comply with all Company regulations as stated in the Employee Handbook and control procedures, especially stock and cash.
• Ensure the restaurant meets all statutory regulations regarding health, safety, fire, hygiene, licensing, security, and be familiar with fire and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Other responsibilities in line with the Talent Advancement Programme Learning Guide.
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks/projects as required by the department.
