Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to support tank operations at Cantonment Rd, Singapore.

You will liaise with the depot for tank details, schedules, movements and updates, and help track billing-related on-hire/off-hire events. Requirements include a Diploma in Maritime Studies or Logistics in shipping discipline, at least 1 year in the shipping industry (internships included). Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies / Logistics in shipping discipline.
• Min. 1 year of experience in shipping industry (internship included).
• Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Depot for tank details, schedules, movements and updates.
• Keep track and raise summary of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) for billing purposes.
• Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by departmental head.

5 days, Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $2,700 - $3,500
Location: Cantonment Rd, Singapore (Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar)
