Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a Shipping Operations Executive in Singapore. You will liaise with the depot for tank details, schedules and movements, and keep track of tank leasing status for accurate billing.

The role is on-site at 200 Cantonment Rd and offers a 5-day workweek from 8.30am to 5.30pm with a salary range of SGD 2,700 to SGD 3,500 per month. Entry-level applicants are welcome as training is provided, and prior shipping exposure is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or Logistics.
• Min. 1 year of experience in shipping (internships included).
• Entry level welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Depot for tank details, schedules, movements and updates.
• Keep track and raise summary of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) for billing purposes.
• Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by departmental head.
