Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Liaison to support depot operations and billing processes.

You will coordinate tank details, schedules and movements, and assist with billing tasks, with a 5-day workweek from Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies / Logistics in shipping discipline.
• Min. 1 year of experience in shipping industry (internship included).
• Entry level is welcome as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Depot for tank details, schedules, movements and updates.
• Keep track and raise summary of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) for billing purposes.
• Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by departmental head.
