Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Shipping Operations supervisor to oversee regional shipping activities and lead two direct reports. You will coordinate documentation, cross-trade and transshipment processes, and ensure timely execution of shipments.

The role requires strong coordination with suppliers, customers and freight forwarders, accurate documentation, and readiness to support ad-hoc administrative duties to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional shipping operations and guide two direct reports.
• Prepare and manage import and export documentation.
• Handle cross-trade and transshipment documentation.
• Coordinate shipment and supply chain activities between suppliers and customers.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Ensure all shipping and trade documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required.
