Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics administrative assistant to ensure inventory accuracy and timely support for operations.

Based in Tampines, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, with occasional reporting to Changi Airport or Tuas warehouses; company transportation or reimbursement provided. You will monitor shipments, coordinate returns, process invoices, and generate inventory reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management.
• At least 1 year of logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day shipments inbound and outbound monitoring.
• RTW/RTV coordination and documentation.
• Warehouse invoice processing.
• Inventory report and analysis.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Superior or Management.
