Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Logistics Executive in Singapore to oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, coordinate shipments, and drive efficiency. You will handle import/export, freight, inventory, and documentation, while ensuring customer satisfaction and cost control.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field, knowledge of air freight, and ISO standards. 5-day work week, 9am–6pm, with 14 days annual leave and AWS potential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• General knowledge of air freight operations.
• Experience with permit declarations would be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export, air freight and sea freight and local transportation arrangements, including cargo collection, delivery and shipment schedules.
• Oversee warehouse activities such as cargo receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks and investigate discrepancies or damaged cargo.
• Arrange transport resources and delivery schedules, monitor shipment progress and ensure timely submission of POD.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, coordinate customs declarations with authorised declaring agents, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide shipment updates and coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Verify freight and transportation charges, support billing and shipment costing, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports and recommend improvements to logistics and warehouse processes.

Our Client, a Singapore-based freight forwarding and logistics company established in 2012, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Logistics Executive.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics and warehouse operations, coordinating shipments and transportation, and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
