Job summary

Applicants should have at least 2 years in shipping or logistics, a Higher Nitec or diploma, and basic MS Office skills. Singaporeans only; company transport provided, 5-day work week from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant shipping or logistics experience.
• Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Email).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Only Singaporean may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipment bookings and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, check and maintain shipping documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments on shipment arrangements.
• Update shipment records and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
