Job summary

Private Advertiser is hiring for a logistics-oriented role in Singapore. The position offers a speedy interview process and a 5-day work week, with hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm. You will coordinate with freight teams, update customer orders, and handle document preparation and shipment status updates.

No prior experience required; full training provided. Knowledge of Excel is preferred, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within a top-tier MNC environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in International Trade, Logistics or Supply Chain/ Diploma in Business related ok!
• No experience ok (Full Training Provided)
• Knowledge in Excel

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with respective freight team on the arrival of shipments
• Updating of customers' orders (Sea/ Air) into system
• Following through of all the request or shipment
• Preparation of documents and updating respective department on the shipment status
• Other operations and admin duties
