Job summary

ALTRON SHIPPING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an import operations coordinator to manage daily import activities and prepare shipping documents for FCL, LCL and air shipments.

You will prepare Booking Confirmations, Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders and permits, issue invoices, and assist customers with inquiries while ensuring compliance on import matters including DG declarations and trucking arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates responsible working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Import operation & Prepare shipping documents for FCL and LCL and Air shipment.
• Prepare Booking Confirmation, Bill of Ladings, Delivery Order, permits.
