Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Assistant to manage all import/export documentation and coordinate logistics for sea and air freight operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and a minimum of O Level qualification.

In this role, you will prepare invoices, liaise with clients, and handle permits for shipping. You will be essential in ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Training is also offered for less experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in shipping documentation.
• Experience in import/export documentation or permit processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all import/export documentation for sea and air freight.
• Prepare invoices, permits, and arrange cargo insurance.
• Liaise with clients for certificate applications.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Submit Bill of Lading drafts and manage original documents.
• Handle various permits and document submissions.
• Prepare local delivery documents and coordinate logistics.
