Job summary

RK RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operations professional to coordinate daily activities with customers, warehouse teams and freight forwarders, ensuring smooth processes and adherence to service KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure all operational KPIs and service standards are consistently met
• Maintain proper cycle count records prepared by Customer Service Executives/Officers for audit purposes
• Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies in a timely manner
• Handle shipment booking and coordinate transportation arrangements
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Compile and calculate monthly KPI reports
• Ensure Customer Service Executives/Officers submit KPI reports according to the established schedule
• Maintain accurate inventory records between internal systems and customers' WMS

Job Information:

• Salary: Up to $3,200 basic

• Work Schedule: 4334 Shift, 8am - 8pm
• Location: Pioneer (Air-conditioned warehouse)
