Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd invites applications for a Store Operations Coordinator (Warehouse) in Singapore. You will handle receiving, inspection, and verification of ship spares against documentation, and manage storage and inventory in the WMS.

You will also prepare spares for dispatch, coordinate with drivers, and maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with safety policies. Prior forklift experience is required or advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in ship spares logistics is an advantage.
• Forklift license is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming ship spares, verify quantities and conditions against AWB, CIPL, packing lists, and DOs.
• Manage storage locations and maintain accurate inventory in the WMS; conduct counts.
• Prepare ship spares for delivery; pick/pack and coordinate dispatch with drivers.
