Job summary

SOBONO ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Shift Supervisor / Steam Boiler Engineer to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the RExus WWtE Plant in Singapore. This role requires overseeing boiler systems and supporting maintenance activities on a rotating shift basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in boiler or power plant operations.
• Experience in biomass or waste-to-energy preferred.
• Safety-conscious with strong procedural discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team and ensure safe plant operation.
• Operate and monitor boiler systems and auxiliary systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain operational logs and report incidents promptly.
• Support training and development of junior operators.
