Job summary

The GMP Group in Singapore seeks a Shift Boiler Operator to oversee daily operation and maintenance of the boiler system and related utilities. You will ensure smooth, continuous steam supply to support manufacturing activities and site operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership of the shift team, strong preventive maintenance skills, and adherence to HSE and cGMP standards. A Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with relevant experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Certified Steam Boiler Engineer or 1st Class Steam Attendant.
• Experience in large pharma/chemical/semiconductor industries.
• Ability to lead, handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with cGMP requirements.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boiler system daily.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Assist investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Update SOPs for Boiler System.
• Lead and train shift team.
• Ensure energy saving and utility efficiency.
• Adhere to HSE and GMP requirements.
• Coordinate inter-departmental communications.
