Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Supervisory professional to oversee daily processing operations and lead a team of Processing Officers. You will manage shift allocations, ensure accurate encoding of applications, and conduct audits to uphold SOPs and compliance.

This role requires strong leadership to coordinate team deployment and maintain confidentiality. You will also train new hires, handle handovers, and submit daily reports while adhering to site guidelines.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level with 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in operations, processing, or similar supervisory roles.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to manage rotating shifts and deploy the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic understanding of systems, data processing and reconciliation.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Authority and site operational guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification with 2 years of supervisory experience

• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Basic understanding of systems, data processing, and reconciliation
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Working Hours / Location

• 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)
• AM Shift: 9am to 6.30pm (1hr lunch break)
• PM Shift: 12.30pm to 10pm (1hr lunch break)
• Midview City - MRT - Thomson-East Coast Line
