Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee daily processing operations and manage shift teams at Midview City, near Thomson-East Coast Line. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and adherence to SOPs.

You will supervise Processing Officers, ensure accurate data encoding, conduct audits, and train new hires while coordinating shift handovers and reporting to management. Attractive incentives payout is noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
• Experience in operations, processing, or similar supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily processing operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Oversee Processing Officers (POs), ensuring proper task allocation and adequate manpower coverage.
• Ensure accurate encoding and processing of applications in compliance with SOPs.
• Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain work quality and compliance standards.
• Train and guide new hires on system usage, processes, and operational requirements.
• Manage shift handover and takeover, ensuring proper accountability of controlled items.
• Submit daily operational and reconciliation reports to Management.
• Ensure adherence to Authority and site operational guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
